How we run it
We begin with an assessment of the sources and the quality of the data. Then we design the architecture and present the scope for approval. Implementation happens in short cycles: the first dashboard goes live quickly and sets the reference for the rest.
How we measure results
Success indicators are agreed at the start. In our projects the most frequent are manual working hours given back to the team, lower operational loss and margin gained by portfolio segment.

About this service
Do we need our data organised first?
No. Cleansing and integration are part of the scope. Most projects start exactly in that scenario of loose spreadsheets.
Which BI platforms do you work with?
We work with Power BI, Qlik Sense e QlikView. Power BI is the most frequent in our projects; Qlik shows up often in operations that already had it before calling us. We also migrate between the two, in both directions, without losing history. The choice follows the ecosystem you already have, not the other way round.
Who maintains the dashboards afterwards?
Your team, with the documentation and training we deliver. If you prefer, we maintain it under an outsourcing contract.
